Glim was founded on one simple belief: marketing doesn't have to look like everyone else's. Inspired by the word glimmer, we help businesses shine through authentic, results-driven video content.
I'm Caroline Pallu, and I started Glim after 8 years working across marketing and design for some great companies. I saw first-hand how much average content was being made — safe, forgettable, ticking boxes. I knew there was a better way.
So I built Glim to do things differently. From social reels and short-form content to brand films and full campaign rollouts — we create video that actually means something to the people watching it.
